Cornerstone intends to monetize its strategic land parcels in North and East Bangalore into a state-of-the-art

Warehousing portfolio of approximately 10 million sft to cater to this burgeoning demand. The company is currently in various stages of planning and execution of warehouses for prospective clients as well as on Built to Suit (BTS) mode.

Grade-A and Grade-B industrial & warehousing spaces amounted to a cumulative 138.5 mn sft as recorded in 2017, across eight primary locations. A substantial rise in warehouse stock supply is expected from 2017 – 2019 thanks to the GST implementation, which is projected to positively impact warehousing activity in the country due to diminishing state boundaries.
