    The layout plan has been sanctioned by the Hoskote Planning Authority.

    Yes, the land has been DC converted and is for residential use.

    Is the Project A Khata or B Khata?

    The project sites are all A Khata.

    Can I avail finance for the plot purchase?

    Yes you can. Campan Valley is currently approved by HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, PNB, Axis Bank, LIC Housing Finance and Indiabulls.

    How much loan can I avail?

    You can avail upto 75% of the loan or as per the given bank’s norms.

    What is the FAR of the project?

    The maximum height allowable is 10 meters.

  • Can someone build an apartment there?

    No, the project is meant solely for individual homes as per HPA setback and guideline norms.

    Who will maintain the project?

    Cornerstone Properties will maintain the project for the first 18 months post completion. After this period the Campan Valley Home Owners Association will be handed over the maintenance responsibility. If requested by the Home Owners Association, Cornerstone Properties will continue maintaining the same.

    What is the distance from the PRR?

    The project is located approximately 2.5 kms from the upcoming PRR as per BDA's CDP

    What are the maintenance costs?

    The maintenance charges are estimated Rs. 2 per sq.ft. for the first 18 months

    Does the Club House belong to the Developer?

    The Club House collectively belongs to the Homeowners of Campan Valley.

  • Is Club Membership mandatory?

    Yes. The standard norm of all projects is also followed here where the residents are all owners and stakeholders in the club house and to ensure adequate upkeep. Certain facilities will be on a pay and use basis.

    Where is the tapping point for electrical connections?

    All infrastructure is underground and the points are placed comfortably in front of the plot.

    What is the load considered for the transformer capacity?

    5 KW is being provided per plot.

    What steps are being taken for conservation of water?

    The project possesses a STP , WTP and Rain Water Harvesting.

  • What about Garbage disposal?

    The project maintenance agency will ensure adequate garbage disposal and a professional maintenance level of the whole project.

    Are there any eco friendly initiatives such as solar lighting, rain water harvesting etc., done for the individual plots?

    Yes, there is solar lighting for some of the main road streetlights. Rain water harvesting is also a feature of the project.
